As Associate Director of Architecture for Sustainability, Kaitlin serves as the in-house sustainability expert for Ryan A+E, supporting projects at any stage of pursuit, design and construction. She works with project teams and clients to define their sustainability vision, turn it into an actionable plan and serve as a sustainability resource throughout project documentation and build-out to ensure the sustainability vision is executed in the final project. She acts as a resource to both internal and external clients serving as a high-level strategic relationship manager for sustainability initiatives and technology knowledge while also providing guidance to select the right third-party certification system. An avid learner with more than 10 years of architectural experience, Kaitlin is always on the lookout for new and innovative technologies that can push projects to the next level and deliver better solutions to clients. She’s inherently collaborative and ensures everyone’s opinions are heard, especially since creating high-performing buildings is a team effort. Kaitlin values serving as a resource across all Ryan projects and regions, finding it rewarding to educate people about sustainability and help them find the tailored solution that drives value for their projects, end users and communities.
