As Chief Investment Officer, Kevin brings 30 years of experience in real estate investment to his leadership position at Ryan Companies. He has overseen the investment and development of more than 10 million square feet of diverse properties, including office, apartment, retail, industrial and hotel properties valued at more than $4 billion in markets from coast to coast. This broad background illustrates Kevin’s focus and ability to consistently achieve goals and secure success for decades in the industry.

In his role, Kevin is responsible for forming and executing Ryan’s overall capital strategy, managing and expanding sources of debt and equity capital, while effectively overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio and implementing management strategies. He ensures assets are performing in accordance with established targets and returns are optimized, while simultaneously identifying emerging trends, potential risks and opportunities for investment diversification and expansion into new markets. 

He has played a primary role in sourcing and structuring investments throughout his career, honing his skills and gaining respect as a strong negotiator and fair leader. He places significant value on establishing partnerships that achieve goals for all parties involved and creating strong alignment that leads to financial success for Ryan and clients alike.
