Laura Graf
Known for bringing a practical perspective to solving problems while creating opportunities, Laura brings more than two decades of real estate law experience and leadership to her role as Ryan’s Chief People and Legal Officer. As Chief People and Legal Officer, Laura oversees the human resources team; leading recruiting, learning and development, DE&I and HR operations, as well as the legal affairs of the company; covering issues ranging from real estate development, environmental functions, and construction law to risk management and dispute resolution. She also provides counsel on Ryan’s overall business strategies and their implementation, along with compliance matters and corporate governance. Laura serves as a trusted advisor to members of our leadership team and the Board of Directors. With her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Laura’s leadership, real estate expertise and overall knowledge of Ryan’s business is instrumental in our company’s success. These characteristics along with her passion for people and culture make her an ideal leader.
