As Director of Architecture for Food and Beverage, Lori is Ryan’s go-to expert on food and beverage design. With an impressive architectural career spanning more than two decades, Lori’s formal education in architecture and civil engineering—combined with her industry experience with cold storage, warehousing and building codes—provides her with a well-rounded, technical background and a proactive, solution-focused approach to support our clients’ goals.
She leads design focused on facilitating sanitary processes through floor plan layouts and organizational efficiencies, leads the design team in successfully coordinating building systems to meet process equipment needs, and mentors the team on cold storage design including blast freezers and building sanitary design and detailing.
Lori’s strengths shine as she coordinates and manages complex projects helping identify creative solutions to deliver effective results that preserve and prioritize safety and quality. With a strong work ethic and approachable nature, Lori helps mentor team members and educate them on how to successfully navigate the complexity of food and beverage design.
