Maureen Michalski
Maureen leads the mixed-use team for Ryan’s North Region and is responsible for multifamily and specialty projects from site selection through development and asset stabilization. As the executive-in-charge of the 122-acre Highland Bridge redevelopment in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Maureen oversees the financial and risk management of this transformative, mixed-use development, which is Ryan’s largest development to-date.
Maureen has more than two decades of development experience and has created $1 billion in asset value of multifamily (market rate and affordable), mixed-use, office and adaptive reuse projects. She is accomplished in leading large multidisciplinary teams of design, construction, development and other real estate experts to execute complex projects. In addition, Maureen is highly regarded for her ability to cultivate authentic relationships with partners, investors, clients, government entities and community stakeholders to create and achieve shared visions.
