She focuses on ensuring proper capital structure and driving efficient execution across the country. Trusted and respected by colleagues and clients alike, Michelle harnesses her industry expertise along with her natural people skills to consistently deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
In her role, Michelle leads the charge in identifying and securing capital while building and strengthening relationships with institutional partners and banks. While primarily focused on senior living capitalization, she also delivers investment analysis, due diligence, sourcing debt, negotiation, and closing. With a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, Michelle is a true team player who positively contributes to financial goals, improving work processes and promoting a healthy team culture.
