As President of the Northern Division, Mike leads Ryan Companies’ North, Midwest, Great Lakes and Rocky Mountain regions. He also provides strategic vision in the selection of projects that best align with Ryan’s goals within the Multifamily and Senior Living sectors. 

Mike is responsible for providing executive commitment and support to regional clients and establishing direction for business development, working closely with his team to ensure the right people and strategies are in place for continued growth. He is known for his ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities and develop innovative strategies to maximize returns. 

He brings more than 25 years of experience to his role, where his company roots and industry passion have provided him with the skills to foster strong relationships and a deep understanding of client priorities. His robust construction background equips him with boots-on-the-ground knowledge, while his knowledge of market trends, property management and strategic planning equips him with a proactive approach to streamlining processes and collaborating with clients.
