With more than three decades of experience working directly with owners and operators in the food and beverage space, Nghia brings a wealth of expertise as Director of Project Development. Known for expertly defining, managing and executing large capital expenditure projects, his balanced perspective encompasses all major aspects of a food and beverage project, including corporate ownership, operations and maintenance, and technical engineering design. In his leadership role, Nghia is responsible for pursuit strategy, concept development, planning, crafting fee agreements and team development.

He works closely with owners to understand their technical and financial needs, define them explicitly in technical terms and leverage that definition as the basis of design. From there he works directly with the design team to ensure all technical and safety requirements are met before construction begins. Nghia’s positive, inclusive collaboration style brings together stakeholders at every level to identify growth demand, business objectives, budgetary issues and production methodologies, while creating efficient business solutions and tactical plans that deliver maximum value for his clients.
