Olga Olejniczak
With excellent skills in relationship building and market research—and five years in multifamily development—Olga applies her project type expertise to her role as Director of Development for Multifamily. Familiar with the nuances of the product type that are required to develop a successful multifamily project, she builds trust with potential joint venture partners and grows professional relationships with a wide range of individuals. Olga assists with sourcing and analyzing the feasibility of potential development sites, evaluates associated development schemes, directs and manages the development project execution team, coordinates designers and consultants, and monitors and manages completion of investments and developments. She also directs activities with attorneys, architects, engineers and consultants to plan projects as they relate to entitlements, permits, due diligence and closings. Olga enjoys the variety of each day, opportunities to learn from those around her and the ability to make connections with everyone from municipal staff to land sellers and architects.
