With a deep understanding of senior living operations, developments and investments, Patrick brings nearly 15 years of experience to the position of Vice President of Senior Living Development, Western Division. In his role, Patrick supports the growth of Ryan’s senior living portfolio by identifying development opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, maintaining and growing relationships with key partners, and working hand-in-hand with operators to ensure successful developments for all stakeholders. Patrick has executed nearly $600 million in senior living developments, acquisitions and strategic partnerships; this expertise, paired with a proven track record in contract negotiation, financial feasibility and operations, allows him to understand and oversee the holistic life cycle of a project. Patrick also excels at fostering collaborative environments, nurturing important relationships and exceeding expectations.
