A dynamic and accomplished construction executive, Patrick serves as Director of Project Development for Healthcare, where he oversees healthcare business development and leads Ryan healthcare teams through conceptual and preconstruction stages. He also mentors operational teams to successful project execution. Patrick brings 35 years of development experience to his role, as well as a passion for understanding the new processes, technologies and innovations that drive continuous improvement in the healthcare industry, creating new challenges and opportunities. Working closely with some of the country’s top healthcare providers and healthcare designers, he’s developed a unique perspective within the development and construction environment, and the ability to smoothly navigate challenges. Known for his high standards, accuracy, dependability and constraint recognition/resolution, Patrick prioritizes relationship development and approaches his work with a combination of creativity and strategy. With a focus on building strong relationships, Patrick knows the value of open and transparent communication and the importance of following through on commitments Since his very first healthcare project 25 years ago, he’s been inspired to help make life better for others through his role in this industry, delivering expertly tailored solutions to our clients.
