As Vice President of Real Estate Development, it’s Peter’s mission to make certain Ryan is always ready to accommodate the rapidly changing needs of clients, brokers and the people who build their lives in the spaces we create together. Building on two decades of brokerage experience, Peter leads project teams through all aspects of the development process including site selection and acquisition, constraint analysis and due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, and lease or sale negotiation.
