Rick’s impressive career—which spans more than four decades with Ryan Companies— not only reflects his immense dedication, commitment, and adaptability, but also his capabilities as a leader and industry expert in his role as Vice President of Field Operations for Ryan’s Northern Division. 

In his role, Rick leads all field operations for the company’s North, Midwest, Great Lakes and Rocky Mountain regions. He confidently applies his leadership skills and field operations knowledge to successfully manage field team members and direct team members to effectively execute the entire construction process across the division’s portfolio. He also leads team efforts in maintaining budgets, staying on schedule and complying to all safety standards. 

A natural strategic thinker, Rick is especially talented at infusing energy and building momentum in the field to promote personal and team achievements. He is dedicated to exceeding expectations, and identifying the tasks needed to transform an idea into reality while ensuring the job isn’t just done well– it’s done with excellence.
