As Ryan’s Chief Construction Officer, Scott brings an impressive portfolio of industry experience and immense passion to this new company role, leading all preconstruction and construction operations across the country.
Scott holds decades of experience and a proven track record of complex project execution, including high-rises, sports stadiums and vacation destinations. As Chief Construction Officer and member of our Executive Leadership Team, Scott’s proven track record of delivering quality projects and his focus on continued process improvement sets the pace for delivering on client expectations and resolving execution challenges.
Knowledgeable and confident with excellent communication skills, his strength lies in his insight and familiarity with every aspect of the preconstruction and construction process, from interfacing with all aspects of the project team – including lenders, construction staff, project managers and consultants—to managing contracts and entitlement documentation. Along with successful project execution, Scott is dedicated to relationship management, team development, continued training and process improvement to foster growth and yield the best results.
