With over 35 years of experience and insights from overseeing the construction of healthcare and senior living projects, he brings this detailed knowledge and hands-on expertise to each of our healthcare clients.
In his role, Steve utilizes his transparent and authentic approach, successfully collaborating with leadership to establish new client relationships and maintain strong customer relations at the executive level. He identifies healthcare third-party construction projects nationally, working strategically with these clients to create a long-term partnership and patient-focused facilities to fit their needs.
Steve’s extensive background allows him to serve as a true project partner to owners and executives, helping them make informed, tailored, long-term decisions about land, buildings, design, equipment, financing, construction, and ongoing operations.
