As Director of Project Development, Tim uses his strategic mindset to lead business development efforts with a specific focus on growing the portfolio of Ryan’s Industrial sector. With over 30 years of experience across diverse project types, Tim is well-versed in the fundamentals of manufacturing and distribution, and he uses his strong technical and communication skills to foster client relationships and establish significant business growth.
In his role, Tim is responsible for new project development and strategic pursuit strategies, as well as crafting fee agreements, fostering team development and providing all-encompassing project leadership. Confident and composed, Tim is a true go-getter and project catalyst—he naturally turns ideas into action and makes things happen. He is goal-oriented with laser focus, able to cut through clutter and confusion to identify the best plan of action.
