With his extensive background in capital markets, as well as his deep experience across multiple facets of commercial real estate including development, acquisitions, dispositions and brokerage, Toby is uniquely qualified to serve as Vice President of Real Estate Development. He is responsible for site selection, land planning, financial analysis, entitlements, permitting and government regulations, while ensuring the achievement of design, budget and scheduling objectives. Toby’s expertise in analyzing financial markets and structuring transactions that maximize profits strengthens the foundation for success in all scenarios.
