As Director of Real Estate Development for Ryan Companies’ Mission Critical sector, Todd brings years of hyperscale development experience to this leadership role. For nearly a decade, he has shaped and executed real estate strategies to expand data center portfolios, completing multiple transactions in Asia, Australia, India, and the Americas.
Harnessing his expertise in market planning, site selection, contracts, and scheduling, Todd is responsible for Mission Critical projects within the Build-to-Suit sector. His expansive knowledge specifically within data center planning and construction, facilities management and equipment procurement provides him with the vision to assess and align project pursuits with client needs within the growing Mission Critical area of development. Todd understands the urgency and fundamentals of Mission Critical deployment and delivers results for Ryan’s clients.
