With more than 25 years of experience, he cultivates a people-centric approach that places client and community needs at the forefront of every project.
Tony oversees operations across the North, Midwest and Great Lakes regions, where his strategic vision and deep market knowledge have driven remarkable transformations. He has spearheaded numerous large-scale urban redevelopment projects, including Downtown East in Minneapolis, Thomson Reuters in Eagan, and Highland Bridge in Saint Paul, Minnesota. With a development portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion, he has expertise in entitlement negotiations, land acquisition, financing, and development strategy. Tony’s detailed understanding of market trends, along with his exceptional interpersonal skills, distinguishes him as a leader in the field.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony is deeply committed to stewardship, serving as the current Chair of the Board of Directors of the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and an Ambassador for the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
