Ann Duginske Cibulka Promoted to Vice President of Real Estate Development

We are proud to share that Ann Duginske Cibulka has been promoted to vice president of real estate development ­– healthcare.

In this role, Ann will lead our healthcare development efforts in our North region, while continuing to build and maintain relationships with key regional healthcare providers. Ann’s experience and unique understanding of public and private partnerships helps her excel across a wide variety of projects in multiple jurisdictions. Currently, she is focused on the Highland Bride Medical Office at Highland Bridge and the 100+ acre Minnesota Health Village master development in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Ann has been with Ryan for six years and is an active member of Women’s Health Leadership TRUST, the Minnesota Hospital Association and MNCREW, while serving on the City of Minnetonka’s Economic Development Advisory Council since 2019.
