Bret Jordan Joins Ryan Companies as Senior Vice President of Northwest Region
Ryan Companies US, Inc., announced today that Bret Jordan will join the company as the Senior Vice President, Market Leader for the Northwest region. Jordan, who will be establishing a new office for Ryan in Seattle, brings over 27 years of experience to his new role.
Over the past eight years, Jordan has held the role of managing director of Colliers International, where he has been involved in millions of square feet of leasing and sales of all product types throughout the western states. His diverse experience includes work in the office, build-to-suit, industrial, retail, healthcare, multi-family, hospitality and senior living markets.

A Washington state resident, Jordan previously served the city of Medina, as Chair of the Planning Commission, City Councilmember and Mayor while also fulfilling his role at Colliers. Jordan will begin his new role with Ryan on February 13th. His responsibilities will include sourcing new opportunities, supporting the region’s current work, coaching current and future staff, and developing and executing a plan to continue building Ryan’s success throughout the Northwest region.
