Christa Chambers Appointed To Runstad Department Advisory Board

Christa Chambers, Vice President of Capital Markets for Ryan Companies, has been nominated to join University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board to help support the department’s mission of becoming a world-leading center of excellence in real estate, research and education.

Christa will be involved with career development through the Runstad program by providing mentorship and training to the students.

 “I have always admired this prestigious department and the professionals that make up the advisory board” said Christa Chambers, Vice President of Capital Markets, Ryan Companies. “I am truly honored to have been selected to be an ambassador for Runstad and look forward to further supporting the leaders of tomorrow.”

A leader in commercial real estate finance, Christa has 25 years of experience and is an expert in sourcing, negotiating and closing debt and equity for acquisitions, new development and stabilized properties. Focusing on Ryan’s West division, Christa is responsible for capitalizing Ryan-owned and developed projects, is the lead contact for capital relationships and works with senior leadership to help determine Ryan’s overall investment strategy.

Christa is also a board member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and an active member of Urban Land Institute. She recently served on the boards of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, Kirkland Chamber of Commerce and Bellevue Police Foundation.
