Justin Luetschwager Awarded Property Manager of the Year by BOMA
Last month, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Minneapolis held it’s eighth annual Best of BOMA Gala where Justin Luetschwager, senior real estate manager in the North region, was named Property Management Professional of the Year. Congratulations, Justin!
According to BOMA, this award recognizes a property management professional (with 15 years of experience or less) for their commitment to excellence in property management, including both operational excellence and tenant satisfaction, of BOMA Greater Minneapolis member buildings.
Besides Justin’s recognition, two other Ryan team members were also nominated for awards at the event: Ryan Strand, real estate manager, for Property Manager of the Year, along with Dan Holperin, associate real estate manager, for Emerging Leader of the Year.
Here at Ryan, Justin oversees and leads the building management team at 10 West End in St. Louis Park, while managing day-to-day operations at Millwright, where our company headquarters is located in Minneapolis.
Since joining BOMA in 2015, Justin has served as co-chair and chair of the Emerging Leaders Council—a group that provides educational, networking and volunteering opportunities for new professionals in the industry—and is currently serving on the Membership Committee.
Justin is also pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation, a program awarded to property managers with several years of related experience to further their knowledge of operating commercial buildings. He also donates his time to interacting with real estate management students.
