Kate Suski Joins Growing Development Team at Ryan Companies

Ryan Companies US, Inc. announces the hiring of Kate Suski, an experienced and award-winning real estate development professional who will join the company’s Seattle office. Suski will lead Ryan’s development efforts as the company continues to establish itself in the Pacific Northwest.

“The intersection of Kate’s background in architecture and her expertise with multifamily development will offer tremendous value to our customers,” said Bret Jordan, Northwest regional president at Ryan. “She’ll be able to offer unique perspectives on projects and we’re thrilled she’s joined our team.”

Prior to joining Ryan, Suski was the senior project manager at Barrientos Ryan. In 2015, Suski played a major role in several award-winning Seattle-based projects including NAIOP’s Development of the Year for Premier on Pine and Multifamily Executive’s Mid-Rise Merit winner for True North Apartments.

At Ryan, Suski will continue to focus on multifamily, while taking on other industries. She will pursue new business and support the execution of Ryan-owned and third party-owned development and construction projects.

Suski is a graduate of Catholic University where she received her Master’s in Architecture and brings 20 years of experience to her new role.
