Marc Gearhart Joins Ryan Companies as Vice President of Real Estate Development

Ryan Companies US, Inc., announced today that Marc Gearhart has joined the company as the Vice President of Real Estate Development in Ryan’s Northwest Region. Gearhart brings 17 years of experience to the Ryan development team, having an extensive background in all phases of the development life cycle, including construction.

“Marc has a profound background in real estate development. He positively impacts the development process, project teams and the spaces, and this is what makes him a great fit for us,” said Bret Jordan, Senior Vice President of the Northwest Region.

Gearhart will be responsible for sourcing and executing development deals in the Puget Sound market. Specifically, his responsibilities will be to manage site selection, due diligence, financing, entitlement, lease/sale negotiation and asset management.

Gearhart earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at the University of Washington.
