New Age-In-Place Senior Living Community Proposed for St. Cloud, Minnesota

Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Great Lakes Management announce today the development of a new age-in-place senior living community in St. Cloud, MN.   

Ryan Companies will develop, design and build the project which includes 138 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care. Project amenities will include; multiple dining venues, bistro, club room, library, activities room, salon, a wellness area with fitness and medical consultation rooms, and a large gathering space for performances and community events. Individual units will be well appointed and include stainless appliances and granite countertops. 

The newly proposed senior living community was passed by the St. Cloud city council on July 9th. While the project is yet to be named, it will be located near the Crossroads Center at the intersection of highway 15 and 3rd street north in St. Cloud.

Great Lakes Management will be the operator of the property once the project is complete in early 2020. Great Lakes Management has been operating multifamily projects for over 30 years and currently manages nearly 4,000 units; 1,800 are senior housing.
