One of the Largest and Most Prominent Multi-Use Properties in Minneapolis is Under New Management
Ryan Companies Real Estate Management, a leading office, healthcare, industrial and retail service that manages and maintains over 13.5 million square feet across the US has been retained by City Center 33 South Property, LLC. Ryan Companies has taken over the maintenance, property and asset management of City Center, a 1.6 million square feet multi-use complex located in the heart of the Minneapolis central business district (CBD).

City Center, which is comprised of nearly two city blocks in the center of Minneapolis, includes the 51 story, 33 South Sixth street tower, a three level, 381,630 SF retail mall, a 687-stall attached parking garage and the Minneapolis Marriott. The Marriott is not part of the management agreement.
