Construction has begun on the Class A, multi-tenant medical office building at Highland Bridge, a 122-acre mixed-use master development located along the Mississippi River in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minn. In late September of this year, the two-story, 60,000-square-foot project was announced as 73% pre-leased with M Health Fairview as the anchor tenant. We’re now excited to announce that Dermatology Consultants and RAYUS Radiology will join M Health Fairview.

Dermatology Consultants will occupy 12,000 square feet on the first floor. The practice will be moving from its existing St. Paul location at 280 Snelling Avenue. The clinic will offer a full spectrum of services including general and cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer diagnosis and surgery, and esthetician services.

Located on the second floor, RAYUS Radiology, a leading national provider of advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology, will occupy approximately 6,400 square feet. RAYUS’ high-value outpatient diagnostic imaging center will provide a full-range of services that will feature a high-field MRI, CT, 3D mammography, ultrasound and X-ray. This location will be part of the nationwide network of 150+ freestanding imaging centers for RAYUS. Each year, more than one million patients and their referring clinicians turn to RAYUS for patient-centered and highly accessible care through its community-based multi-modality diagnostic imaging centers.

Highland Bridge Medical Office is expected to be completed spring of 2023. The remaining approximately 12,000 square feet of leasable space is available to tenants that offer clinical and specialty health care services or general healthcare office functions.

Highland Bridge is a 122-acre mixed-use master development located along the Mississippi River in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minn. The development will include four public parks and approximately 3,800 housing units, 150,000 square feet of retail and 265,000 square feet of office space. Upon completion, Highland Bridge will be the most sustainable community in the region. For more information about Highland Bridge, visit highlandbridge.com.
