Ryan Companies Announces Construction of Poway Ridgeview Project

Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced today it has broken ground on the construction of a three-building, 304,000 square-foot(SF) business park located in Poway, California.

The Ridgeview Business Park is a high image campus project situated along the southern rim of the Poway Business Park. Located on Kirkham Way and General Atomics Way the property offers expansive views to the South and West. Poway Ridgeview will deliver industrial warehouse/manufacturing facilities of 70,000 SF, 154,000 SF, and 80,500 SF each targeted to single tenants. The 154,000 SF building has already been pre-leased on a long term basis.

The project incorporates collaborative indoor/outdoor work spaces for tenants, expansive glass lines with 28’ clear ceiling heights, ESFR ready fire suppression systems with exceptional dock and grade level loading capabilities for each building, with an expected completion date of Summer 2018, project leasing is being handled by Mickey Morera and James Duncan of Kidder Mathews.
