Ryan Companies’ COVID-19 Preparedness Update

Dear Clients, Partners and Friends:

The safety of our clients, our Ryan Companies’ team members, our partners, and the communities in which we work is a key value of Ryan and a high priority right now. As concern surrounding COVID-19 continues to grow, I want to share Ryan Companies' plans to ensure the ongoing health and well-being of all our stakeholders.

Ryan is working to ensure that all Ryan locations and offices are prepared and that our clients, team members and partners are informed about any impacts to our business as they become known.  We are taking a number of actions, including:

• Updating business continuity procedures for all areas of our business and preparing to implement these procedures should regular operations be disrupted
• Monitoring our supply chains to identify and plan for any possible disruption of materials and supplies
• Engaging in regular monitoring of CDC and other governmental agency guidelines to evaluate new developments and adjust our business continuity procedures accordingly

In addition, we are reinforcing common sense guidelines and best hygiene practices in our offices, the properties we manage and on our job sites. 

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) continues to report that the risk to the general American public remains low, but we are closely monitoring guidance from the CDC and state health officials and will adjust our plans as needed. At this point, all our Ryan offices, managed properties and job sites remain open and business continues as usual.
