Ryan Companies Promotes Tyler Wilson to Vice President of Real Estate Development

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Wilson to vice president of real estate development. Tyler leads the multifamily and senior living real estate development efforts for Ryan’s Southwest region. He is responsible for site selection and acquisition, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, municipal approvals, and design and construction coordination of his growing portfolio of projects for Ryan.  

“Tyler’s dedication and leadership have been key to the successful expansion of our senior living and multifamily development, design and construction platforms in the Southwest,” said Rick Collins, regional president, Ryan Companies US, Inc. “He has been a very valuable member of the Ryan team for over three years and is well deserving of this promotion.”

With 16 years of real estate experience, Tyler is a respected leader with strong relationships across the commercial real estate community. He currently has over 700,000 square feet of multifamily and senior living developments underway with many other opportunities on the horizon.

Tyler is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a past president of the Men’s Arts Council. Tyler received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
