We are thrilled to announce that ACOYA Cherry Creek, a new 183,000-SF senior living community in Denver, CO, is now leasing.

The seven-story state-of-the-art community is home to 137 independent and assisted living apartments, along with several attractive amenities including: multiple dining venues, an art room, salon, club room, wellness area and an outdoor bar overlooking a picturesque view of the Rocky Mountains.

Located just 15 minutes from desirable downtown Denver, the neighborhood of Cherry Creek is ranked as one of the best places to live in Colorado, thanks to its proximity to dining, community, and culture, including popular restaurants, galleries, and locally owned boutiques.

This inviting atmosphere of both ACOYA and the neighboring community offers numerous opportunities for ACOYA residents to connect, which creates a lasting, positive impact on quality of life.

“Research shows that seniors with frequent social activity experience 70% less social decline than seniors with limited social contact,” said Tracy Colburn, executive vice president of operations for Cogir Management USA. “ACOYA Cherry Creek is a haven for its residents, offering meaningful programming and opportunities for them to connect with one another and with the broader community.”

The completion of ACOYA Cherry Creek also helps fulfill a continuous need for senior living communities. According to market research, the 75 and older population in the Denver metropolitan area is expected to increase by 26.2% over the next five years.

“The demand for senior housing is far from peaking and this includes the Denver market,” said Julie Ferguson, executive vice president of senior living, Ryan Companies. “The opening of ACOYA Cherry Creek comes at an opportune time as seniors search for housing options that fit their lifestyles.”

Ryan built and developed ACOYA Cherry Creek, which marks our first senior living project in Colorado with the community’s operator, Cogir.

Ryan has built more than 60 senior living communities throughout the country and of that portfolio, developed 35.
