Ryan's Healthcare team continues sector growth by adding key team members in third quarter of 2019

The Ryan Healthcare team continues its growth in 2019 by adding several key hires across the company in programming, project management, field management and design.

Joining the team most recently, in September:

Leah Sternhagen, LEED AP
Healthcare Program Manager
Leah works as a close partner with healthcare customers to ensure open communication and to facilitate major project implementation from start to finish. Her responsibilities include planning, design, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, construction, Owner Vendor management (including furniture, medical equipment, technology and signage), quality control and project turnover. 

Roger Hunwardsen
Project Executive
Roger brings over 25 years of construction experience, primarily in healthcare environments. He has completed over $500 million in healthcare projects, with customers including Mayo Clinic, Children’s Minnesota and Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Mike McQuillan, STSC
Senior Superintendent
Mike has worked in healthcare construction for 15 years, completing projects for health systems and hospitals across the Midwest. His past customers include HSHS hospitals, Mayo Clinic Health System Oakridge Hospital, Gunderson Health System and Mercy Health Hawarden Regional Hospital.

Megan McNally, CID, IIDA, EDAC
Senior Interior Designer
With over 10 years of specialized interior design experience, Megan is committed to creating spaces that promote healing, safety, connectivity and vitality for all users and reflect the unique culture and brand of each customer.
